Proposal Description

We are offering 8 villas for sale in Phase 1. The total project consists of 16 villas.

The Owner (investor) will purchase the villa and the lot it is built on. Alternatively, the land may be leased on a long term basis. Each lot has a Title Deed (Chanote) registered at the Doi Saket Government Land Office.

The villa Owner (investor) will in turn lease their villa to the Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. to be operated as a hotel/vacation villa. The Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. will pay the villa Owner rent of 45% of the net rental revenue (gross revenue less travel agent fees and Government taxes). The Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. is responsible for all operating costs, staffing and management.

The villa Owner will be able to use their villa any time at no cost, paying only water, electricity and staffing costs directly related to their villa while they are living there. The only limitation is when the Ancient Lotus Villa-hotel is fully booked. If the villa Owner wishes to use their villa for more than thirty days when the hotel is fully booked then a small management fee will be assessed for the extra days.
