The First Phase will be limited to eight villas. The Second Phase will not be available to investors for at least a year after the First Phase starts taking hotel bookings.

Each villa owner will have a title deed to their respective lot.

All major landscaping, including two lagoons and three waterfalls, the Administration/Reception building and all site access controls are developed in the First Phase.

The site was originally a longan orchard. We designed the site layout to save as many longan and other trees as we could. The longan are still producing fruit. The land falls away to the south allowing four waterfalls. The last lagoon and waterfall will be built in the Second Phase.

The roads are more of a wide pathway system that cars have access to. The emphasis is on the pedestrian experience with any traffic moving slowly.

The experience will be that of a unique exclusive resort, unlike resorts and housing estates serving large groups of people.

All water is provided on a self-sustaining basis, being produced and consumed on site.
