The Ancient Lotus villa-hotel is managed by the Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. a Thai corporation which has full time on site Management and staff. The company will assume the job of managing and running Ancient Lotus Villa-hotel for the benefit of both investors and hotel guests. Its only function is to administer this Thailand investment.

The Manager is responsible for ensuring the hotel is managed in a professional manner and is also responsible for maintaining all properties in the development with relevant site protocols. This in support of the investors’ expectations which are:
