Is this similar to a time share project?

Answer: No! This is a Thailand investment. Each villa Owner has title to their own lot and they own their own villa on that lot. They can use their villa whenever they wish.

When will I be able to see a completed villa?

Answer: A two bedroom villa is now complete and is available for viewing by appointment.

When will the hotel open for business?

Answer: When six villas are complete and available. We anticipate this will be in the late summer of 2012.

What documentation will be involved between the hotel and the villa Owner?

Answer: A lease must be signed between the villa Owner and the Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. As well, the villa Owner must sign a management agreement with the Hotel Corporation of Chiang Mai Co., Ltd. for the management of the Owner’s villa as part of the hotel.
